At Cherry Box, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, as we facilitate the purchase of products from Dubai for customers in Kenya, we have a strict refund policy in place.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be issued in the event of a product being defective or damaged during shipping. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide us with a clear picture or video of the defect or damage.
Once we have received your request for a refund, we will review the information provided and, if the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the product. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your request.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused or returned to us, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the product, minus the shipping and handling fees.
Custom or Duty Fees
Any custom or duty fees charged by Kenya government are non-refundable.
If a customer wants to cancel an order, they must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, after that time the order will be considered as confirmed and we will not be able to cancel or provide a refund.
Final Sale Items
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
